My name is Jo Cornelison. I teach foundational Kingdom principles and provide biblical resources that empower people to know God intimately and to walk out His plan for their lives. It has taken me many years to be able to say that and to know who I really am and God’s plan for my life. I struggled because I did not know who God created me to be. I did not realize that He created me for a purpose–His Purpose.
“The greatest tragedy in life is not death, but a life without a purpose.”― Myles Munroe
I have come to realize that I was created to be a teacher. All of my natural gifts and talents pointed to it but I never understood that until the past few years. I am anointed to educate, equip, and encourage Kingdom citizens to tear down strongholds and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God by renewing their minds with the Word of God–my Official Mission Statement. As a teacher, my assignment is to make the Kingdom of God relevant in the lives of the believers. The first step in doing this is building a personal intimate relationship with God.
I am also a prophetic intercessor and prayer warrior. This ministry is still evolving even after many years of being involved in it. I believe God gives us wisdom and revelation so that we can see into the spirit realm and put into practice the strategies and tactics that Holy Spirit gives us to be overcomers
I praise God because He saw fit to place me in a fellowship that is discovering the mysteries of the Kingdom of God and equiping us to know our places and purposes in that Kingdom and to function as we were created to. Because of this I can just be Jo and fulfill God’s purpose for my life.
That being said, my purpose for A Transformed Mind is to empower believers to cultivate a Kingdom mindset.
The Kingdom of God is personal and it affects every area of our lives. The Kingdom mindset is based on this premise–the absolute rule and reign of God in our hearts and our lives.
As we renew our minds with the Truth of God’s Word, something wonderful happens:
We can all draw close to him with the veil removed from our faces. And with no veil we all become like mirrors who brightly reflect the glory of the Lord Jesus. We are being transfigured into his very image as we move from one brighter level of glory to another. And this glorious transfiguration comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit. 1 Corinthians 3:18 (TPT)
